I will admit I can get a little tired later at night and I don’t want to take the time to cut up a bunch of facial tape. So having these premade tapes will mean I will do it more. If it’s one thing I’ve learned in my life, I have a 1000% higher probability of doing something if it’s easy for me.

They are very simple to use and work best on skin without product on it. Or if you want to still use products, do your skin ritual early in the evening so it’s had a chance to absorb by the time you go to bed and put these on.
