I’ve been using these rollers in facial treatments for months now and they are so good at helping to create space in the tissues in a way that other tools can’t. They grip the tissue in a way that mimics a modality that I was trained in and help to smooth dense fascia.

I especially love this vibrating roller on my scalp and occipital bone. Vibration is the language of our fascia. Our scalp is one big dense piece of connective tissue and it gets incredibly stuck, which negatively impacts our hair follicles. Before I would use any other product on my hair for scalp stimulation, I would work on releasing the fascia first.

It’s hard to put a description in on how exactly to use these. The best explanation that I can provide is to use your intuition, roll it in different ways around your neck, shoulder and face and seek out where the tension is. Use the roller both forwards and “backwards” as it provides a different grip. Be careful to not try to take up too much tissue in between the rollers as the can pinch!

And don’t forget to use it on your chest and décolleté !

This roller has the added benefit of vibration - which fascia loves. If you are wanting a quick lymph drainage, you can simply place the roller over the lymph nodes and let the vibration do the work or you can roll anywhere you like and the vibration will add another level of benefit.

All of the collagen in our body responds positively to the application of vibration because it’s piezoelectric. It creates movement and charge in our collagen and helps to keep our skin vibrantly healthy.

These rollers can be used on any part of the body, face and is especially useful to use on the scalp and occipital for fascia release. These areas are especially stagnant and tense in our orders day life.
