I’m sure you are all surprised to see the “foaming cleanser” picture. It comes out in a foam but doesn’t really lather at all, it becomes a silky cleanser that works to deep clean your pores and gently exfoliate with supportive enzymes.

Three Ships formulated this cleanser for oily/acne prone skin but I have skin that tends to be on the normal/dry side and I use this cleanser as a deeper cleanse + my exfoliating step once a week or every 2 weeks (my skin doesn’t need much exfoliation). I also use this as my second cleanse and as a water based cleaner, it does make a great second cleanse if that’s what you like.

Salicylic Acid is not like a regular exfoliating AHA acid but rather it’s a BHA acid that is attracted to the oil in your pores so it makes a great deep cleanse when you need it.

My 21 year old daughter Chloe has a little bit oilier skin than me and she likes to use this 2-3 x week and she says it helps to control the oil.

If you understand ingredients and how they impact your skin, it’s a lot easier to determine if a product will benefit your skin or not because you know your skin and are the best judge on what to use!

Apply 1-2 pumps to wet face, massaging in circular motions. Rinse off thoroughly and pat face dry.

If used once per day, the average customer re-purchases a bottle after 3-4 months.
