Future You Facial Express combines the very best of Show me what you Love’s advanced facial massage techniques into an express, 1 hour appointment. Ideally suited for anyone who needs to get in and out but still wants all of the relaxation and facial lifting that facial/buccal massage delivers.

Advanced facial massage supports the bigger picture of whole facial health by aiding the many aspects involved in vital, functioning skin, rather than taking a reductionist approach to surface issues.
 
It addresses all of the areas that modern facials consistently ignore - the diverse variance in facial muscle tone, fat, fascia and lymph. Healthy skin is 100% dependent on the tissues that support it. Facial massage provides a reset for the whole body as your skin is your nervous system turned inside out and instantly responds to soothing, intentional touch.
 
Nowhere in Calgary can you find a more diverse set of facial massage skills than at Show me what you Love. Modalities used may include Buccal, Hadado, Fascia/Connective Tissue Massage, MLD, gua sha, facial cupping to name a few.

Topically, each skin is beautifully different in its needs and each session includes a double cleanse, signature hydration mist as well as a variety of phyto-nutrient infusions to safely and effectively reset your skin surface.  Show Me What You Love believes in treating the skin holistically and with respect by preserving the integrity of our barrier and restoring balance to our largest living organ.

Please consider wearing a top that gives access to the collarbone, like a v-neck t-shirt or tank top as you don't get undressed for this facial like you do with the longer appointments. While not a necessity, having access to more of the neck provides a larger area that can be worked on for lift and tension release and the better the result.
