I love anything that helps to boost and keep hydration in the skin. I use this in addition to my hydrosol as it has humectants in it and in Calgary, we don’t have a lot of humidity in the air for the humectants to pull from. It is a very viscous formula, hence why I recommend to mist into your hand to apply. Otherwise it comes out more like a single stream on your face lol.

I would say this is like a Japanese essence or lotion, something that layers in hydration to your skincare ritual.
