I've had an obsession with finding formulas that contain seaweed and was thrilled to find Seaflora. This seaweed gel has been amazing to use all over, after the shower for whole body skin hydration. Layering this under a body oil brings the skin to a whole other level.





As someone who struggles with tight fascia, this also means my lymphatic system could use some help. And if you have ever talked to me for 5 minutes, you know the importance of the lymphatic system to me. Seaweed, ocean water and algaes are almost identical to our plasma, making their minerals and contents very easy to absorb transdermally. As a society of mineral deficient individuals, I love that I can target skin hydration while also getting vital minerals that are missing in our everyday diet.





The affinity this product has for our lymphatic system and it's ability to get things moving is astonishing. I happened to have some on me at the Folk Festival this summer and I got the weirdest bug bite. I immediately got a huge, raised, angry looking bite and knowing that getting the lymph moving in the area to get the bugs toxin out of there is helpful (same goes for mosquito bites), I pulled this gel out and applied a little to my bite. It almost immediately started going down and within half hour-45 minutes it was like I never got bit. Even Lane said "I don't know if I would have believed it if I didn't see that just happen". 





Does it smell like seaweed? Kinda. Does the smell dissipate? Yes for sure and even if it didn't, I would still use it as it's benefits are so great. This also works to help reduce cellulite with consistent 2x day use because it's so good at stimulating lymph. Works wonders on my eczema as well.
